Where the records come from

Cleartract reads official city and county permit feeds. Every flag names its permit number and date, so a lender can check it themselves. Not on the list? The report says so and never shows green.

This is a permit check, not an inspection. Where a feed is interrupted, reports use the last cached records, label them with their date, and never show a green verdict.
